​200hr Yoga Teacher Training 

The Yoga 200-hour teacher training is a wonderful discovery for you to become a confident and professional Yoga Teacher who inspires students and changes lives.

 

The course will enable you to deepen your own practice and further explore Yogic wisdom through effective practice of Asana, Pranayama and Meditation at The Santosha Studio, a friendly and dedicated Yoga Studio in the heart of Chippenham, Wiltshire.

 

During the training, you will learn Technique Variations, Teaching Methodology, Anatomy, Philosophy, Sequencing, and more...Through ethical practice, you will gain a true experience of Yoga, which is described as the union of body, mind, and spirit.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements / Preparation 

  • All applicants will be required to show that they been practising yoga for at least 2 years prior to the start of the course.

  • Applications will need to be accompanied by a letter of recommendation from a practising teacher.

  • For certification, you must attend all of the teacher training sessions, complete homework - which includes class and self-practice assignments completed to a high standard.

  • Please note that there are both reading and writing assignments.

  • Once accepted, you will receive more detailed information regarding the structure, timetable, recommended reading list and Pre-Course reading assignments.
